The reception is available in winter every day between 7.00 a.m. - 9.00 p.m.
From spring to autumn: 8.00 a.m. - 11.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. - 6.00 p.m.

Extra bed, cot
Every apartment and standrad room is expandable by maximum 1 extra bed. There is no cost for the cot or an extra bed for children up to the age of 5,99. Between 6-13,99 years old children the cost is 25.-EUR/ night. Extra beds from 15 years are not available in our apartments but in the standard rooms, in case of need please contact us for an exchange to a bigger apartment.
Pets
If you would not like to leave your pet at home you can bring it with you to our hotel to the maximum of two medium sized pets per apartment. The cost is 15.-EUR/ pet/ night. For more details please get in touch with our colleagues at the reception of the hotel.
Smoking
Our hotel is a full non-smoking facility. Smoking is forbidden in the apartments and social areas.

Is there a swimming pool?
There is no swimming pool in the hotel, only in Murau, 7 km from the hotel. An adventure bath is located about 50km away from the hotel. Ask for details at the reception.
Will I get a robe?
You can rent a robe for 6.-EUR/ person/ week at the reception.
Is there an opportunity for shopping nearby?
Bakery can be found just right next to the hotel. Grocery shop is about 10 minute on foot in Kreischberg, or more shops are in Murau (7km from the hotel). Please note that shops in Austria are closed on Sundays.
