The nearest bank (Raiffeisen) and ATM are located on the S36 motorway opposite the Kreischberg exit.

Bathrobes are available upon request from the reception in adult and child sizes.

In order to call another apartment: dial the number of the apartment; apartments starting with a letter E begin with the number 5.


CHECK-IN 
On the day of your arrival, apartments and rooms can be occupied from 4:00 pm. Early check-in is subject to capacity and available for a surcharge. Please contact our colleagues at the reception. 


CHECK-OUT
Apartments and rooms are to be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of your departure. Later check-out times are subject to capacity and available for a surcharge. Please contact our colleagues at the reception. 


CREDIT CARDS 
Our hotel accepts the following credit cards for payments: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners.


CRIBS
Available free of charge, subject to availability, upon request from the reception.


CURRENCY EXCHANGE
Settling hotel bills in cash can only be done in Euros. Unfortunately, our hotel has no currency exchange services. Our receptionists can assist you with information on the nearest banks and currency exchange sites and their opening hours.

“DO NOT DISTURB” 
If you would like to ensure your undisturbed rest, please place the “do not disturb” doorknob sign on the outside of your door. Please inform the reception if you do not wish to take calls during this period. According to our hotel policy, room numbers are not provided to visitors.


DRESS CODE
We kindly ask our guests to visit the restaurant for dinner in appropriate clothing. Please refrain from wearing sweat suits, shorts or bathrobes.

FIRE SAFETY
Please carefully read the fire safety information in your room and check the location of the emergency exits! Illuminated, green signs in the corridor mark the fastest access to the emergency exits. If you become aware of a fire, call the reception by dialling the number 500! Fire extinguishers and red fire alarm cabinets are clearly marked on every floor. Do not use the elevators! Instead, use the stairwells to reach the ground floor and leave the building.


FIRST AID
Our receptionists can assist you with first aid needs. However, we cannot provide medication.


FITNESS GYM 
Open every day, from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, on the main building’s basement level. Before using the gym, we kindly ask you to validate your key card at the gym’s entrance. Gym use is not recommended under 12 years of age. 


GROCERY STORE 
The nearest supermarket (Spar) is located on the S36 motorway opposite the Kreischberg exit, next to the petrol station.

HAIR DRYER 
The bathroom of every apartment and room features a built-in hair dryer at your disposal.


HANGERS
Hangers are found in the built-in wardrobe. Contact the reception at extension 500 should you require additional hangers in your room.


HEATING
Our hotel has a central heating system and we do our best to set to the optimal temperature, appropriate to the weather, prior to the arrival of our guests. Should you find the temperature to be inappropriate and you wish to change it, you may do so manually with the controls on the side of the radiator. The temperature can be reduced by turning the knob towards the wall, or raised by turning it in the opposite direction.


HIKING
Detailed information on walking and hiking paths, sites to see in the vicinity and local maps are available at the reception.


INFORMATION BROCHURES 
More information on activities in the vicinity is available at the reception, where guests can also receive free information brochures.


INTERNET
Free wireless internet connection is available for guests throughout the entire premises of the hotel. Password: clubh16kreisch@8861.


LOST & FOUND
Please contact the reception for inquiries about lost and found items. With the exception of perishable goods, we will store items found at the hotel for a sixmonth period. We can readily forward these items to You in exchange for the advanced payment of postal fees.


LUGGAGE CART 
Luggage carts are located on the ground floor of all buildings, next to the main entrance. Please return the carts after use.


MAIL SERVICE 
The nearest postal office is located in Murau – please contact the reception for its opening hours. Alternatively, you may leave your stamped postcards and letters for delivery with our receptionists, who can also present Your deliveries.


MAINTENANCE
Please contact the reception should you discover any malfunctions in the devices found in your apartment/room.


MOBILE PHONES 
Mobile phones can be used throughout the entire premises of our hotel. However, we kindly ask our guests to use their mobile phones discreetly in the hotel’s restaurant and community spaces. For the sake of our guests’ comfort, we ask you to avoid loud ringtones and phone conversations. If you left your phone charger at home, please contact our reception, where a range of chargers are freely available.


PARKING
Our hotel has dedicated open-air parking for passenger cars, motorbikes and buses, which can be used by guests free of charge. See the “Ground Plan”!


PAYMENT
Payments are accepted in cash in Euro or via Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Diners credit cards at the reception.


PETROL STATION 
The nearest petrol station is located on the S36 motorway opposite the Kreischberg exit.


PETS
Pets (medium size and smaller) can stay at the hotel free of charge. We kindly ask you not to bring any pets into the restaurant, wellness facility and fitness gym. Surcharge: € 15 / pet / night. Should you choose to keep a pet in your room without supervision, please place the “pet” doorknob sign on the outside of your door.


PHARMACY
Our receptionists can provide information on the pharmacies that are currently open or which operate with extended opening hours.

Should you require additional pillows, please contact the reception.


PLAY CORNER, PLAY ROOM 
The play corner is open to children from 7 am to 10 pm in the basement of building no. 2. Pool and Table football are located throughout the hotel. The machines work with € 1,00 coins.

You can contact the reception from your apartment by dialling extension no. 500. 


RESTAURANT
Ground floor and level -1 of building no. 5. Please contact the reception for further information.


ROOM BILL 
During your stay, you may charge your restaurant and mini-bar consumption to your room bill. Please sign the acceptance of these charges prior to departure.


ROOM CLEANING, TEXTILE REPLACEMENT
Our maids do the cleaning of designated rooms in the afternoon hours. Bed linen is replaced once a week. Should you request the replacement of other textiles, please contact the reception! For conservation purposes, towels are only replaced upon request. Should you request additional replacements, please leave the towel you wish to replace on the bathroom floor. Towels left hanging will not be replaced by the maids. If our colleagues do not enter Your room for daily cleaning (due to the “do not disturb sign”), you may request new towels and toilet paper at the reception after 4.00 pm.


SAFE USAGE 
The keys to safes of buildings no. 1-3 are kept at the reception. If you wish to use the safes, please ask for the key from the reception. Please leave the safe open after use. The safes in buildings no. 4 and 5 can be used with a code, please check the instructions in the safe!


SELECTIVE WASTE COLLECTION 
Our hotel pays special attention to environmental conservation, therefore we kindly ask You to assist our hotel’s work. Please collect your waste selectively and use the selective waste collection points in the individual buildings!


SEWING SET

SHOE SHINE SERVICE
A shoe shine machine is available free of charge opposite the main building’s entrance.


SHOPS
Our receptionists can provide you with detailed information on the addresses and opening hours of shops in the vicinity.


SKI AND SNOWBOARD RENTAL
More information on winter sport device rentals is available through our reception.


SKI STORAGE 
We kindly ask you to leave your skis and other sporting equipment in the designated storage rooms (see the ground plan). Please refrain from wearing ski boots in the hotel as they are an accident hazard!


SMOKING
We kindly inform you that our hotel is a non-smoking facility. Smoking guests may use the balcony of rooms and designated smoking areas located near the buildings.


SOUVENIRS
During the opening hours of the reception, small souvenirs and gifts are available from the souvenir cabinet located next to the reception.

TIPPING
There are no unified regulations in Austria on whether the service fee is to be included in the prices of hotels and restaurants. Naturally, if you are satisfied with the quality of our services, tipping is deeply appreciated. The generally accepted amount of tips is 10-15% of the final amount of bill. The catering prices of our hotel do not include a service fee.

Detailed information and timetables for Mur Valley train and bus services are available through the reception.


WELLNESS
Our sauna, steam bath, infra sauna and plunge pool are open to guests every day from 3:00 to 9:00 pm.
